There are events for people who are into visual art, physical theatre, dance, music, writing, reading or doing all of those things at once (think WOMADelaide!). Here are some of the events that we think are best suited for families- and lots of them are free!

A great way to enjoy music, dance and art with the entire family. This is a winner. Not only is it lush music for the soul from ALL over the globe, but it’s set in the beautiful Botanic Park during the March long weekend.
Held on February 27th-28th, this is an engaging, activity-based event for kids. There’s plenty more on offer, including printing, painting, parades, Andy Griffiths, Lucy Cousins and a giant mouse!
