Storytime and Craft Sessions
Another FREE activity. See why we love libraries? These sessions are a special time for toddlers and parents to participate and share in stories, crafts activities, fun and laughter. Ideal for children aged 2-5 years of age. No bookings required.
The Little Big Book Club
Reading aloud to your child from the time he or she is a baby is the single most important activity you can do to help your child develop the skills they will need to learn to read and write. You’ll find books, activities and competitions on The Little Big Book Club website, so take a look!
School Holiday Programs
An interactive program to encourage children to explore, create and become inspired. This is offered to families across the three library sites during the School Holidays. The program is available four weeks prior to end of term. Because the programs are so popular, parents are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment. Most programs are provided free of charge, but if there are any costs involved (usually to cover materials) these are kept to a minimum. Check out the events calendar for more info closer to school holidays.
