Santos Tour Down Under Adelaide

All the cycling action kicks off from 12 – 21 January with the Santos Tour Down Under returning with an action-packed line-up of cycling and custom racing routes that showcase the best of South Australia.

The festival will bring Australia’s most elite cyclists and para-cyclists – and all of their fans! – to our state. It will again showcase some of our most scenic backdrops to the nation and the world – from Barossa to Fleurieu Peninsula and Adelaide Hills.

• The race – The best cyclists in the world make their way to the Santos Tour Down Under for the first race of the UCI WorldTour season.

• The Tour Village – With free entry, the Tour Village features bars with daily knock off hours, family zones, ample shade and live music. There’s always plenty on offer for cycling fans including Australia’s largest bike expo, providing the opportunity to test out the latest gadgets, technology and hear from brand experts. Fans have the chance to meet and greet elite international riders and see mechanics at work in the Team Zone with daily panel chats featuring cycling experts including riders from the peloton. Along with daily programmed entertainment, festival goers and cycling fans can settle in and watch the stages live-streamed on the Santos Main Stage big screen throughout the day.
• Join the ride – Don’t just watch the action, be part of it! Soak up some cycling expertise and rub shoulders with the world’s best riders in the Tour Village, or bring your own bike and hit the road for the best seat in the house.
