DESCRIPTION:McHappy Day is set to take place on Saturday\, November 19. \nHollywood actress\, businesswoman and mother\, Eva Mendes returns as the National McHappy Day Ambassador in 2022. \nMcHappy Day is the largest annual fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC)\, which helps seriously ill and injured children and their families stay together while receiving medical care in a nearby hospital. \nMendes\, who was the virtual McHappy Day Ambassador in 2020\, will travel to Australia to meet families staying at Ronald McDonald House and visit a local McDonald’s restaurant on McHappy Day. \nAussies looking to support this year’s McHappy Day can drop into their local Macca’s from October 26 to pick up a pair of Silly Socks or Helping Hands. \nAnd on McHappy Day\, $2 from every Big Mac sold goes directly to Ronald McDonald House Charities.

DESCRIPTION:Bring your four-legged friend for a stroll around leafy Adelaide Botanic Garden and support the RSPCA in this one-time-only event! \nIn this special once-off event\, bring your dog to Adelaide’s much-loved Botanic Garden to help animals in RSPCA South Australia’s care. \nAdelaide Botanic Garden is opening the gates to people with pooches for a stroll through the tranquil city oasis as part of RSPCA’s Million Paws Walk fundraiser\, occurring throughout May. \nRSPCA’s Million Paws Walk is a national campaign and the charity’s main annual fundraiser. This year\, SA’s dog lovers are encouraged to take on the Million Paws Walk challenge\, by walking with their furry friend throughout May\, to raise funds to fight animal cruelty. \nThe sign-posted 1.8km walk will begin from the Garden’s Conservatory Gate\, off Plane Tree Drive. \nBy making a donation of $10 or more\, participants can join in anytime between 9 am to 11.30 am this Sunday\, May 29. \nDonations can be made on the day\, either by credit card or in cash (of the exact amount). \nDue to limited numbers\, registration to participate is strongly encouraged. \nCLICK HERE
