The Adelaide Crows and Port Adelaide Football Clubs are taking part in an AFL-wide program SUNDAY FUNDAY, which sees see children under the age of 15 get free general admission into selected Sunday games at Adelaide Oval. If you haven’t had a chance to take the kids to Adelaide Oval yet this is a great chance to do so. YAY!

The Crows will allow children under 15 years of age to accompany parents with a ticket to the below Sunday games

  • Round 11 June 5 vs St Kilda @ Adelaide Oval
  • Round 19 July 31 vs Essendon @ Adelaide Oval

And Port will allow children under 15 years of age to accompany parents with a ticket to the below Sunday games

  • Rounds 7 May 8 (Mother’s Day)  v Brisbane Lions @ Adelaide Oval 4:10pm
  • Round 18 July 24 v GWS @ Adelaide Oval

– Free ticket applies to Junior General Admission tickets only. Junior ticket prices for Reserved seats and Western Stand Guest Passes remain at regular retail prices.
– Offer available through Ticketek pre-sales and at the gate.
– Free junior GA ticket can be a stand-alone purchase or in conjunction with any other ticket purchase (all other tickets will be charged at the regular retail price).
– Quantity of tickets per transaction as per standard limits.
– Transaction fees still apply.

  • Where: Mundy Street, Port Adelaide With the whole area going though some major redevelopment, Hart's Mill playground was opened to the public in mid 2014 with a great space for families to play at Port Adelaide. Coupled a spot of dolphin watching and hitting up the markets, this makes a great family trip. The eyecatching, 3 story tower with metal slide is the centrepiece of the Hart's Mill Playground Port Adelaide and the slide is a huge hit. It's faster than the 'usual' metal slides and you'll need that 3 meter flat section at the end to be sure you don't slide off the end so take care with younger kids until they are comfortable. Suited to kids aged 3 and up, younger kids will probably have a hard time climbing up the ladders anyway. Other highlights are the sandpit with multilevel climbing/building station that includes a pulley sandscoop and sandchutes that are always popular - BYO small sand shovel and bucket for extra fun!
