DESCRIPTION:New Found Sound\, a free\, all-ages music festival\, returns on Saturday 9 May with 40 acts across\n10 venues in historic Yartapuulti |Port Adelaide – including invited guests from interstate for\nthe first time. \nNow in its third year\, New Found Sound has grown into one of South Australia’s most loved free\ncultural events\, attracting more than 5\,500 music lovers to the historic postcode that is Port\nAdelaide in 2025. \nThe festival returns with an expanded scope\, championing live and local music in an immersive\natmosphere as the streets\, laneways\, and waterways of Port Adelaide come alive with sound. \nInterstate guests include Sydney DIY punk heroes Canine\, future superstar Noongar Wongi\nrapper INKABEE\, Guringai sisters Charlie Needs Braces\, and Tasmanian electronic duo Mum and\nDad. \nThese interstate artists will join 36 local acts — including Adam Page\, Druid Fluids\, Ella Ion\, and\nMeena da Silva — performing across some of Port Adelaide’s most iconic and historic spaces:\nWaterside Workers Hall\, the City of Adelaide Clipper Ship\, the SA Maritime Museum\, and\nLighthouse Wharf\, as well as beloved local venues Pirate Life\, McGregor & Young Distillery\,\nColac Port Adelaide\, Fergie Mac’s Lounge\, 10 Gallon Hat\, and Port River Cruises.
