DESCRIPTION:STRIDE is a community movement initiative to help you find joy in movement\, whatever that looks like for you. It exists to reconnect you to movement that feels meaningful and joyful. It’s a place for everyone\, focused on reducing barriers\, helping you find your why for movement\, and building lifelong healthy habits. Whether you’re joining a sunrise Pilates session\, taking on a MOVES challenge\, or lacing up for a twilight run\, there’s a place for you here. No judgement\, no prior experience needed. Come as you are. \nGlow & Go Free twilight run/walk \nA free twilight run/walk on 28 March at Largs Bay Foreshore\, that’s open to everyone. \nParticipants can choose their distance: 2km\, 4km\, or 6km\, starting at 6:30pm as the sun goes down along the foreshore. your distance and pace it up to you! No pressure\, just fun! \nFinish with a live DJ\, free Asahi electrolyte drinks\, and beach games. Tarkine shoe prizes drawn on the night. Wear your brightest colours and come ready to shine! \nChildren must be accompanied by an adult.
