Adelaide Italian Festival – Opening Event
When: Friday 7 November 11am – 11pm + Saturday 8 November 11am – 11pm
Where: Festival Plaza, Adelaide
Festival Plaza transforms into a buzzing Italian piazza for the Opening Event of the Adelaide Italian Festival! Expect delicious eats, live music, roving performers, kids’ activities, and plenty of dancing under the stars. A true feast for the senses and the perfect way to celebrate Italian culture, cuisine, and community in the heart of Adelaide.
Italian International Sports Day
When: 2 November 9am – 2pm
Where: Adelaide City Park
The inaugural Italian Sports Day celebrates South Australia’s Italian heritage through soccer, showcasing junior boys’ and girls’ lightning matches alongside feature U18 Women’s and Men’s games. Free entry
La Grande Gita presented by Serafino Wines
When: 2 November 8am – 3pm
Where: Serafino Wines
Ride. Feast. Celebrate. La Grande Gita is back! Join Serafino Wines, Bike SA and the Adelaide Italian Festival in the heart of McLaren Vale at Serafino Wines for a festival on two wheels where cycling meets la dolce vita. Every ride starts and finishes at Serafino Wines where an Italian-inspired event village awaits: think wood-fired pizza, gelato, local wines, espresso, live music, and family fun. Entry to this area is free.
