The PIEA Project

Kids struggling with a tricky concept at school? Or do they just want to turn that A into an A+?

The PIEA Project is a not-for-profit organisation which offers free, high calibre tutoring and education services to disadvantaged students who otherwise would not be able to access this type of quality education assistance. PIEA stands for ‘Promote Improvement, Equity, Achievement’. Tutoring is available for all ages from Reception to Year 12.

All PIEA project volunteer tutors also have at least one year of tutoring experience and scored an ATAR over 90. All tutors have a WWCC, RRHAN-EC training and a current first aid certificate. Their program offers assistance to students of all ages, in a wide range of subjects – have a chat to them about which subjects your child requires assistance with. The program will run each Thursday afternoon during school terms, from 4:30-5:30.
