The Glenelg Equinox Festival celebrates the end of the summer season with a full-day street party on Jetty Road!
It all kicks off from 11am with food and beverage areas, live entertainment, fashion shows, family-friendly activities, buskers, Fringe-style performances along with a fireworks display.
Foreshore Entertainment
- Welcome to Fun on the Foreshore thanks to City of Holdfast Bay. Open 11am – 5pm, FREE activities for kids!
- Temporary Tattoos Apply a Mermaid or Pirate Ship tattoo by holding the paper towel against your skin for 30 seconds, let it dry, and show off your new ink!
- Sea Monster Arts & Crafts! Paint a Sea Monster in colours of your choice and give them some funky hair/eyes!
- Join The Amazing Drumming Monkeys! LIVE here at 12noon and 2:30pm
- Outdoor Games – Play as a team or verse your friends and family in these outdoor classic XL Games!
- Soft play & Balancing Bugs comes with its own signage that says: Rules for Soft Play: No shoes, socks must be worn, no food or drink, no face paint, adult supervision required, 5 and under only, have fun!
