Halloween Trick or Treat Trail at the Farmers’ Market

It’s one of Adelaide’s favourite Halloween traditions — the Trick or Treat Market Trail at the Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market! Since 2022, families have been dressing up, collecting treats, and enjoying a spooky Sunday morning of fresh food, fun, and community spirit.

The Trick or Treat Trail
Running only from 8.30–11.30am, kids can grab a trail bag at the Info Stand, complete with 10 tokens. These tokens are swapped for treats (or tricks!) at marked stalls. Each post has a secret symbol — write them down and you’ll be in the draw for a Family Hamper full of stallholder goodies, announced at 12 noon.

More Halloween Fun

• Face Painting: Forgot your costume? Stop by and get your face painted — from spooky skeletons to colourful butterflies (small cost applies).
• Wilbur’s Wildlife: From 9.30–11.30am, meet creepy, slimy and scaly creatures under the verandah — totally free and totally cool.
• Kids Club with Joy: Joy is hosting a Halloween-themed craft session where kids can make and create. Numbers are limited, so don’t miss out.
• Vote for the Best Dressed Stall: Which stall is the spookiest? Vote for your favourite and see who wins!

With live music, stallholders in costume, and plenty of fresh produce for the grown-ups, this is the perfect way to celebrate Halloween in Adelaide.
