Santa’s Cave Waikerie

Santa’s Cave Waikerie, is located in the Waikerie Institute Soldiers Memorial Hall.
It is run by a team of 6 committee members and volunteers and sponsored by the Loxton Waikerie District Council and local businesses.

Entry is only a gold coin donation and photos with Santa are free on your own camera.

The cave consists of both modern and traditional scenes, which have been updated in 2023. If you have previously visited, be sure to come back this year! There is also a gift shop full of local handmade products and other Christmas gifts as well as our most popular Christmas Honey Biscuits.

This year we have introduced EFTPOS facilities to the shop and will also be offering gift wrapping. Raffles and lucky dips are also available.

Further more we are running a Wreath and Sip workshop on the evening of Wednesday 6th December and a school holiday craft program between Dec 18-22. See our social posts for details.

The event is wheelchair friendly and we can make arrangements for sensory needs with advanced notice.

Located next to Santa’s Cave is a newly renovated public toilet.
