Join in for a celebration of sneaker culture with this inaugural Sneaky Things Festival!
Where would we be without Michael Jordan and his Nike Air Jordans? What would have become of us without Marty McFly’s Nike MAG? Name a more controversial art piece than Kanye West’s YEEZY’s…we dare you!
From kids to adults we all have a vivid memory of the sneakers we needed and craved. The ones we saved up for. The ones we wore everyday until they were falling apart. The ones we never took out of the box because they were art to be admired.
At the City of PAE they recognise that everyone’s shoes tell a different story, and we want to tell that story. They want the community to have the opportunity to be part of the social history of sneakers and get involved in this cultural phenomenon.
