Kids in Adelaide Review
The family-friendly show, recommended for children aged 11-14, unexpectedly entertained even younger kids who found joy in the humor. There were quite a few younger ones at our show and they all seemed to really enjoy it. The catchphrase, ‘you die, you die, you die,’ added a playful element with everyone soon joining in the chant. Take note there is some mild language. While adults appreciated jokes that flew over the kids’ heads, the interactive nature of the show, with audience participation and voting, engaged everyone. The energetic presenter showcased quick wit and connected well with the audience, making the experience enjoyable for all. Despite the challenges of a hot 32-degree day, the presence of fans inside the venue contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere. The host’s commitment to the show was evident, even enduring the heat in leather attire. Overall a fun show to see this Fringe.
