Cowell Foreshore Opening

This free event  hosted by the District Council of Franklin Harbour is to celebrate the completion of the Cowell Foreshore development. 

You can expect: 

• live music featuring Shannon Noll
• a fireworks display
• food & market stalls from 3pm

The opening will be located at the entrance to the foreshore area, opposite the Franklin Harbour Hotel. 

Free camping will be available at the town oval.
