Join this free school holiday cooking demonstration at the Adelaide Central Market.

A patisserie chef from Hilton Adelaide will show how to bake and decorate gingerbread cookies using Market-fresh ingredients. Kids and adults can enjoy watching the action, with a chance for a few lucky kids to join on stage to try their hand at decorating. Plus, there will be plenty of delicious samples to taste afterward!
