Kite Flying Festival

The Adelaide Kite Flying Festival is a must-see event at Victoria Park, Pakapakanthi (Park 16) on Saturday, 25 January from 11 AM to 7 PM. It’s a fantastic day out for families, with plenty of activities for all ages. Every General Admission ticket includes a FREE kite to fly, making it a fun way to spend the day outdoors.
There will be a variety of kites and threads to purchase, plus delicious food and dessert trucks to keep you satisfied. Enjoy DJ music all day, jumping castles, amusement rides, and merchandise stalls. You can also treat yourself to face painting and henna, with something for everyone to enjoy.
With ample free parking, it’s easy to pack a picnic, grab a rug, and settle in for a fun-filled day with friends and family.
