Ride For Her – Family Bike Ride Supporting Women’s Health

Ride, connect and make a difference as a family at Ride For Her, a welcoming community bike ride supporting ovarian cancer awareness and research.

Taking place at Bonython Park, this family-friendly event is designed so riders of all ages can take part. Families can choose from short, flat ride options along the River Torrens that are ideal for young children and beginner riders, while older kids and parents can opt for longer distances if they’d like more of a challenge. Children under 16 ride free when accompanied by an adult.

Everyone is welcome – mums, dads, kids, grandparents, friends and riding groups – all riding together for women’s health.

After the ride, families can relax in the event village, with food, entertainment and space for kids to unwind and play while parents enjoy the atmosphere.
