Salisbury Fringe Carnival

The Salisbury Fringe Carnival has a new home in 2024.
Carisbrooke Park will come alive with roaming entertainers, thrilling rides and an exciting stage line up, with something for everyone. The Salisbury Fringe Carnival, is a FREE community event held over two jam-packed days. Featuring free amusement rides and activities, local musicians, performers, an exciting headline act, and a range of delicious food vendors.

Enjoy the flavours from a number of local food vendors including Beyond India, Miss Dagwood Dog Adelaide, Cuppagino’s, Maxine’s Baked Potatoes, Humpty Dumplings, Fairy Floss Galore, Norms Ice Creams, Yiros Hub, Squid Squad and Doughballs food & bar service.
