Wear it Yellow for Children’s Ground this National Reconciliation Week and help create change for First Nations communities

Taking part in Wear It Yellow by organising a fundraising event in National Reconciliation week is a great chance to celebrate First Nations culture and take action to help change the disadvantage facing many First Nations communities today.

Holding a free dress day with a touch of yellow is a simple way to get everyone involved, or feel free to get creative and come up with other fundraising ideas, the bolder the better!

All funds from Wear it Yellow go to Children’s Ground’s innovative learning and wellbeing work for First Nations communities in the Northern Territory and Central Australia. Led by First Nations Elders and educators, this educational approach privileges First Nations culture while incorporating the best of Western teaching.
