Super Spring School Holidays at Cirkidz
The Cirkidz Spring School Holiday Program is now available for booking, with two weeks of circus, movement, and mayhem for kids aged 5–12.

Week 1: Wildlife Encounters Experience
Families will have the opportunity to get up close to lizards, frogs and other native wildlife! There’s even an opportunity to hold and have a photo with a snake! The kids will be entertained with play zookeeper, vet clinic and colouring in activities that they will love!

Holiday Bands at The Brocas
Sept 28 – Oct 1st
Holiday Bands is a four-day music intensive for young people, 13 to 17 years, who want to join a band on a Monday then play a gig that Thursday night.
The unofficial front door to Adelaide’s music scene, Holiday Bands connects young people with creative community, relevant skills and exciting all-ages opportunities.
If you love making and playing music this four-day intensive is the ultimate way to meet like-minded teens, form a band, and perform live on stage.
This October four sites (Northern Sound System in Elizabeth, Base 10 in Reynella, Carclew in North Adelaide and The Brocas in Woodville) will run Holiday Bands simultaneously and come together for a gig at The Gov with family and friends. Needless to say it’s going to be huge!
The Sugarcane Kids workshop
Sep 30 10am – 11am
Join author, Charlie Archbold, as she shares the latest book in the Sugarcane Kids Series, The Mystery at Angel Bay. Charlie will lead interactive activities that explore the animals who live in Far North Queensland and the characters in her stories. There will be opportunities for craft, creative writing and book readings. Books will be available for purchase.
Suitable for children 7-12 years and must be supervised by an adult.

The Sugarcane Kids workshop
Oct 8 1pm – 3pm
Children will design and sculpt characters from plasticine, then bring them to life. Their animations will be screened to the group and uploaded to YouTube to be shared with friends and family.
Suitable for children aged 7+ and must be supervised by an adult.

Intro to Robotics
Oct 2 10am – 11am
This introductory session is the perfect way for children to dive into robotics using the Arduino micro-processor and easy-to-learn block coding. Whether you’re a total beginner or curious about coding, this hands-on experience will have you exploring the exciting world of robotics. No experience necessary. Two finger typing and mouse skills required. Guardians encouraged to participate with their children, at no extra cost.
Suitable for children 8+ and must be supervised by an adult.

Palaeontology Rocks!
Sep 29 1:30pm – 3pm
An awesome dinosaur adventure that combines investigation skills, creativity, and imagination. Follow the dinosaur tracks and see if you can identify which dinosaur made them, explore the dinosaur dig site, and create your very own fossils to take home and keep.
Suitable for children 5-12 years and must be supervised by an adult.

Wizards, Witches and Muggles
Oct 9 10am – 11:30am
Get ready for a magical adventure filled with hands-on activities, creativity, and Hogwarts fun! Children will go on a treasure hunt to find the Golden Snitch and other famous characters from the books and movies. At the crafting station, children can make their own potion, wand, and owl to take home. And of course, the Sorting Hat will decide what team they belong on.
