Whyalla Christmas Pageant 2025

Whyalla’s much-loved Christmas on the Avenue event is back with the event set to take place on Saturday, 29 November.

The day will begin with the OneSteel Christmas Pageant on Nicolson Avenue before the festivities continue in Civic Park with the OneSteel After Pageant Fair and the Santos Community Christmas Carols event.

The event schedule:

· 4:00pm – 5:30pm: Onesteel Christmas Pageant – Coordinated by Whyalla City Council

· 5:00pm – 7:00pm: Onesteel After Pageant Fair – Coordinated by the Whyalla Show Society

· 7:00pm – 9:00pm: Santos Community Christmas Carols – Coordinated by the Whyalla Show Society, with entertainment support from the Whyalla Music Association and Gavin Chandler Production Services

The After Pageant Fair will feature a fantastic range of free activities, including mini golf, a rock wall, airbrush tattoos, and face painting, alongside food and craft stalls.

The Community Christmas Carols is coordinated by the Whyalla Music Association and will round out the evening, singing some of our favourite Christmas songs, performing groups such as the Whyalla Singers and the Whyalla Filipino Choir with MC on the night, Robert Golding.
