  • Wow this is a huge area for the kids to run wild and let off some energy. With the new playground upgrade in June 2017 this reserve/playground/skate park is worth the visit. As soon as I got to the gate I was super excited to see the colourful equipment painted green and orange that awaits you. The bright equipment is a fabulous add to this existing skate park. A multi level climbing tower is the main structure to this playground and caters for all ages First level is for the little ones and has a little slide whilst the big kids can keep climbing the tower and enjoy the tubular slide that looks like a small water slide. Along with the colourful tower this playground has a swing set including a baby swing, a little see saw, a climbing area with monkey bars and a few other pieces for the little ones to play on with most pieces protected by the shade cloth. Not far from the play equipment you will find fitness equipment, followed by a basketball ring then the Skate park. Look further a field and right down the other end of this reserve is a cricket net,…

  • As soon as you approach this playground you really notice the brightly coloured modern play equipment. A local playground tucked away in the streets of Clovelly Park. This playground mostly caters for 4 years and above but there are a few pieces the toddlers could use. Set amongst a fabulous grassed area that can also be utilised this playground features a slippery dip, swing set including a baby swing, some fabulous pieces of climbing equipment including a mini rock wall and the awesome blue fireman pole to slide down. My favourite features would be the purple roundabout swing where if you go fast enough you get off with the wobbles ( a kids favourite) along with the tyre look alike climbing wall. With this piece of equipment you can either climb up, over or through and with its array of colour to me it is the attraction of the park. The playground has a few seats that can be utilised but does not have any shade , no toilets and no BBQ facilities. A great little spot if you live in the area.
