Adelaide International 2024 is back again in 2024!

South Australia is all set to host the Adelaide International, a combined WTA 500 and ATP 250 tournament taking place from January 8 to 13, 2024. The event promises world-class tennis action at The Drive, featuring over 170 top tennis players vying for a total prize pool of $2.5 million and valuable world ranking points.

The women’s tournament will showcase 30 singles players and 16 doubles pairs, while the men’s tournament will have 28 singles players and 24 doubles pairs competing. But the Adelaide International is more than just tennis; it’s a lively experience with live music, entertainment, bars, food trucks, and premium offerings at The Drive’s new facilities.

This event provides an exciting way to kick off 2024 in the scenic riverbank precinct.

Kids Day – January 8

Serving up hours of fun for everyone, the first day of the Adelaide International is all about the kids. Taking over Pinky Flat, a day of family friendly fun is on offer on Monday, January 8.

Think giant lawn games under the shade of the trees opposite The Drive, inflatable tennis games and other activities, face painting, balloon making, a newly developed colouring in station, and even the chance to pick up a racquet and have a go at Hot Shots Tennis.

With food trucks and cold drinks on offer, the adults can sit back and relax on the lawns of Pinky Flat whilst the kids enjoy all the planned activities, most of which are free. It’s a great way to spend the day, with many expected to pick up a tennis racquet and have a hit for the first time in this relaxed setting. Plus it is day one of action at the Adelaide International with their general admission tickets allowing them court side for all the action.
