Mt Barker Waldorf Spring Fair

The Mount Barker Waldorf School’s annual Spring Fair will be on the 28th of October 2023, from 10am until 4pm.

Located on the beautiful school grounds at 27 Sims Rd in Mount Barker, South Australia, the Spring Fair is the school’s major fundraising event, with all proceeds benefiting the school and contributing to upgrading school facilities.

There you will find a bustling, vibrant wonderland of handcrafted gift stalls, second hand stalls, home-cooked foods, live music, games and a showcase of our school’s unique educational pedagogy. There will be camel rides, a petting zoo, a colourful Maypole dance, student & teacher music performances through the day, a traditional Aboriginal ceremony and dance performances, plus inspiring garden talks on self-watering pots, herbs for medicinal and culinary use, and natural dyeing.

Children’s imaginations will be awakened as they search for a treasure in the treasure cave, catch a prize at the fishing dip, have their face painted and enjoy a puppet show by Stargold Puppets.

Be sure to get your ticket in our raffle – there will be some fantastic prizes to be won, including a two-person tent by Horizon Leisure valued at $499 and an accommodation voucher for the Stirling Hotel, valued at $400.
