2025 City of Onkaparinga Christmas Pageant

The much-loved City of Onkaparinga Christmas Pageant is set to return in 2025, bringing festive cheer to the streets of Christies Beach on Sunday 23 November. This popular community event kicks off a day of celebrations, with the pageant making its way along Beach Road from 10am, followed by Christmas in the Park at Rotary Park.

Families are encouraged to find a spot along Beach Road early to enjoy the colourful parade, featuring everything from local schools and dance groups to sporting clubs, community organisations and businesses – all leading up to a special appearance from Santa himself!

Once the parade wraps up, the festivities continue at Rotary Park on the corner of the Esplanade and Beach Road, where Christmas in the Park will keep the holiday spirit alive with more fun, entertainment and plenty of reasons to stick around and celebrate.

Opening at 10am, this family focused event continues the celebration of the holiday season with plenty for the family to do following the historic pageant. After having a photo with Santa, the kids can write him a letter and post it in Santa’s very own letter box.
