The Royal Adelaide Show Returns in 2026 | 5 – 13 September

One of South Australia’s most loved family traditions is back, bringing together the best of the country and the city for nine fun-filled days at the Adelaide Showgrounds.

The Royal Adelaide Show is a celebration of agriculture, community, and South Australian excellence, giving families the chance to connect with the people, animals, produce, and industries that help feed and shape our state. From hands-on experiences and fascinating competitions to farmyard favourites and educational displays, there’s plenty to discover.

Alongside the agricultural attractions, you’ll find thrilling rides, delicious food, live entertainment, show-stopping performances, and of course, the iconic showbags that generations of South Australians have grown up with.

Whether you’re cuddling baby animals, cheering on competition winners, enjoying the carnival atmosphere, or creating family memories, the Royal Adelaide Show is a must-do Adelaide experience.
