It’s a heap of fun ideas- with all the instructions you need to create activities for kids to do, make, cook, and explore on their own, with friends or family indoors and outdoors and it’s delivered to you every month by email once you register (for free).

Cook this yummy sweet fudge with your armpit! Yes, yes you did read that correctly. This one is for the kids to have a bit of fun. We found it in the Scouts Free Fun - Delivered July activities. You can sign up for FREE for a monthly email of family and kids activities like this and more here: www.freefun.com.au What you need: 1/2 Cup Icing Sugar 1 Tablespoon Butter 2 Teaspoons Cream Cheese 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 2 Teaspoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 Ziploc Bag Method: Place all ingreadients in a ziploc bag, push out the air and seal up well. Place under your armpit and squish away til all the ingreadients are mixed well. To add a level of grossness, once you have mixed the fudge together well you can cut off a corner of the bag and squeeze out the fudge to make a dog poo! Imagine the faces of your friends and family when you start to eat it. EEEWWWW!!

About an hour and forty minutes north-east of Adelaide, the Roonka experience is built around a love of water activities and the outdoors, designed to help you ‘disconnect to reconnect’ with each other … and nature. Kids delight in the flying fox over the private billabong, where they can also safely learn to paddle watercraft. The waterslide into the river is also a firm favourite! Adults and confident paddlers can hire kayaks and canoes (or bring their own) to explore Reedy Island and the peaceful backwaters of Roonka Conservation Park. There are plenty of land-based activities, including orienteering courses, a photo hunt, playground and Echidna Nature Trail.
