Okay everyone. Just relax. Take a deep breath. Yes, this is a peppermint. Yes, this is fudge. Yes, you will probably die of happiness when you take your first bite. Yes, yes, yes. The Colourful Housewife has done it again! Enjoy!
Place the peppermint chocolate and condensed milk in a microwave bowl and cook on high for one minute.
Blitz the packet of biscuits in a Thermomix or blender. the finer you blen the more fudge like it will be if you like a more crunchy base not blend as much.
Add the condensed milk mixture to the biscuit crumbs and stir through well.
Pour mixture into a lined baking tray and spread evenly.
In another microwave bowl melt the white chocolate for one minute, once cooked add a few drops of green food colour and mix through.
Add the white/green chocolate to the top of the slice and spread evenly.
Crumble up the peppermint crisp bar across the top of the slice.
This chocolate slice recipe from The Colourful Housewife is a winner. It doesn't say you have to try to mixture as you go, but I would highly recommend it. I mean, you've gotta check it tastes okay right? :-) Picnic Bar Slice Ingredients: 1 Cup of mixed unsalted nuts 1 Block cooking chocolate, we use Cadbury 1/2 Tin of caramel (can purchase in the baking isle of your supermarket) 1 Packet of cream wafer biscuits 1 Picnic bar Method: Place the packet of wafer biscuits in a blender and blitz Add wafers to a bowl with the caramel and nuts Microwave chocolate for 1 minute on high Add 1/2 the chocolate to the mix and stir through Line a tin with baking paper ( we used a rectangle tin) Add mixture and press firmly into the tin. Add the rest of the chocolate over the top of the slice and smooth out Break up the picnic bar and crumble over the top of the slice Refrigerate for 3 hours then slice and enjoy!

This 3 ingredient Rainbow Fudge from The Colourful Housewife is a very versatile recipe. You can make it with different types of chocolate and biscuits so that it suits your taste but the rainbow is a kids favourite of course!
