Summer Lunch Series at Gin Long Canteen

For the first time in 11 years, Gin Long Canteen is opening its doors for weekend lunches this December, offering a special Summer Lunch Series every Sunday from 12 pm to 4 pm.

Guests can enjoy a shared-style dining experience featuring exclusive new dishes inspired by Malaysian, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisine.

Highlights include Hokkaido scallops with tom yum mousse, SA blue swimmer crab on betel leaf, and claypot rice with char siu pork belly.

The event includes live acoustic music, a kids’ menu, and the vibrant atmosphere Gin Long is known for.

With limited seating available, early bookings are essential.
