Thorndon Park Playground Opening

The much anticipated opening of the brand new Thorndon Park Playground happens on December 16, 2022 at 11am – right in time for the school holidays!!

Three of the chicks have now hatched and the new playground is looking amazing! A hen (water play sculpture), wren (climbing structure) and crane (swing) now call the park home and there is just one bird, a heron (slide structure), left to hatch.
