How good does the Salisbury Aquatic Centre look?! 💦
Reopening to the public on Saturday 27th September, it is looking fantastic, the perfect place to take your family for a day out or head there alone for some exercise!

Featuring TWO indoor heated pools, a gym, 50m outdoor pool, cafe, splash pad, triple slide tower and some of the best looking water slides in SA, this is one of our favourite new spots to visit.

The state-of-the-art splash pad design features a tipping bucket, three slides, sprinklers and other water play areas, as well as a canopy overhead to keep the area shaded even on the hottest of days. It’s conveniently located next to the impressive 10-metre-high water slide tower, outdoor pool and the grassed area, making it the perfect spot for family picnics during summer.

The water slides will operate during summer hours of Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The water slides will operate for extended hours during school holidays and on public holidays.

A fully equipped café with a range of meal and healthy snack options, is open 8:00am to 6:00pm, year-round. During summer, a seasonal kiosk near the splash pad and slide area will be open to provide cool drinks and snacks for all of the family to enjoy.

Accessibility was carefully considered throughout the design process, to accommodate for a range of requirements, especially when designing the change rooms, café, and indoor program pool and outdoor parking. The centre is equipped with accessible bathroom stalls, showers, parking spaces close to the front entrance, an access ramp for the pools and ramps outside to accommodate movement throughout the facilities.

Coming Soon: An addition 130 carparks are part of the new upgrade of the Happy Home Reserve which is located next to the Aquatic Centre.
