The very clever folks at The Trail Collective have won the job of creating the new pump track for Roxby Downs and the concept design drawings look very cool!

It will be a multipurpose Pump Track is a circuit which allows riders of all abilities and types of bikes to ride continuously without pedalling. The vision is for the Pump Track to assist in improving community physical, mental and social wellbeing. It will be a safe place for children to learn to ride, provide an alternate recreational pursuit for youth to engage in and will be a family-friendly place to socialise.

Locals have told us that there may have been a slight delay due to Covid-19 but we hope to see this awesome looking facility back on track asap!

  • Find it at: Glendale Grove, Goolwa Is Goolwa Skate Park THE most colourful bowl in Australia? How cool is the artwork all over this skate park. Three local street artists were commissioned in 2017 to go to town with their street art skills, with the aim of preventing crime by deterring unwanted graffiti. We love it! It is a concrete skate park featuring an open bowl, spine, and small halfpipe. Great for beginner and intermediate skaters, BMX riders and scooters. Bring Your Own Gear Don't forget to bring your favorite wheeled sport equipment, whether it's a bike, skateboard, roller skates, scooter, or balance bike. Please note – some equipment is not suitable for use (3 wheels, go-karts, motorised equipment, bikes with training wheels), wear protective gear and helmet, keep distance between riders, daylight hours only, slippery when wet, parent/guardian supervision required. While you're there, look out for the petition on the fence and whack your name on there to help support a skatepark development for the area.
