  • We have long been fans of Toddler (and baby!) Sense, having taken our little baby Jack to weekly classes at their centre at Tusmore. What better location we thought, to celebrate our little guy's big first birthday than at his favourite place! (apart from his high chair where he eats food of course). So what exactly is a Toddler Sense party? Ideal for kids from 1 through to about 6, but to be honest we had 7 year olds at the party who had a ball too, the party is broken up into 4 phases 1 hour of free play time in the huge play room Lunch time Sensory session run by one of the fabulous educatorsCake/Happy Birthday/Party Bags We found so many of our family and friends commenting on how wonderful the party and venue was, with so many experiencing a sensory session for the first time. • Nestled amongst the bushland at Craigburn Farm, this brand new adventure nature playground is a real winner and worth the drive. Essentially being a bit of a ninja/climbing course over rocks, poles and other naturey type objects, it is great for kids and parents to test out those hamstrings and the sore lower back. It is a bit lacking in extra facilities like toilets, fencing and shade, but it is a stones throw from the epic Blackwood Treetop playground so it makes for a cool playground double header.
