City of PAE has five libraries across the City of PAE council area – Greenacres, Enfield, Parks (Angle Park), Port Adelaide and Semaphore.

5 great things on offer at City of PAE Libraries
1. Baby Bounce
Bounce sessions are designed specially for children aged 0-2 years. Introduce your child to the joys of language by sharing with: Nursery rhymes, Finger plays, Music & songs, Stories
2. Whats cool after school
Creative Kids is a space where kids can gather to create, invent and learn. Enjoy working with lots of different stuff, make friends and most of all – have fun. All activities held fortnightly during term time.
3. Story Time
Story Time is held weekly during school term time to encourage the enjoyment of reading and libraries. Stories, songs, rhymes and a simple craft activity are offered in these sessions for 2-5 year olds.
4. Stem Squad
Fun, activity-based, free club for kids aged 9 & over to discover and enjoy science, technology, engineering and maths together.
Explore a different STEM based theme each month, dig deep and discover more, then share your discoveries in a monthly showcase event
5. Creative Kids is a space where kids can create, invent and discover! There’s no need to book. All activities are held 3.30-4.30pm during school terms.
5 great things at City of PAE Libraries for teens and adults
1.Digi Basics– Bring your own laptop, tablet or smart phone to the library and let them teach you the latest tips and tricks. If you have something specific you need help with, they are happy to talk you through it
2.Teen Scribblers is for ages 13-18 and encourages love for the written word. A chance to meet and help out other talented teens in this new group at Greenacres Library, 4-5pm every Thursday.
3.Anime Club is for teenagers (15 years+) who love all things anime and manga. The club meets at Enfield Library, Thursdays fortnightly, 4-5pm
4.General Program. Nothing general about this program – it has everything! The library hosts many events and programs daily, which includes art and craft groups, book clubs,author talks, health and wellbeing workshops, technology programs and information sessions. You’ll always find something to suit your needs. Search the Event Calendar to find out what’s on and to book your spot (bookings are essential for some programs).
5 things you can do at this library that you may not have not known!
1. Justice of the peace
Hallejuah !! You can get that form signed – passport signed – that life admin task – DONE! Check their website for times of service

A great community initative for toy borrowing
3. Mobile Library
The Mobile Library brings information and lending services to stops around the City. The ‘Library on wheels’ operates throughout the year on a four week schedule, visiting shopping centres, community centres, retirement villages, senior citizens’ clubs and a variety of street locations near schools and other facilities.
4. Community Meeting Rooms
Community and meeting rooms are available for use and hire, ideal for your next event, class or meeting. You’ll also find kitchen and audio visual facilities at some sites.
5. Free Wifi
Hotels do not even offer free wifi these days but yet our amazing community libraries do!
