Find it at: Bower Road, Port Adelaide

Yitpi Yartapuultiku, meaning ‘Soul of Port Adelaide’ in Kaurna language opened in mid 2025, with visitors able to immerse themselves in Aboriginal culture and the stunning natural environment. The centre itself is open Monday to Friday 10am- 4pm and Sat to Sun 10am-2pm, with toilets located inside including a parent room and a cafe (planned to open for the second half of 2025).

The playground is absolutely stunning and each play area is separated by its own path so it feels quite private when you are playing in one play space, even if there were other people at the playground.

The playground also feature little signage posts with different Kaurna language ( for example ‘brain’ is ‘mukamuka’ ) and descriptions explaining the meaning of the words.

Plenty of grassed area and all the parking you need. What a beautiful facility and playground this is. For the train lovers, the Port Adelaide line runs right past, so the kids will enjoy seeing them fly along.

  • Agatha's Food Store has been a part of the Port Noarlunga cafe community for as long as we can remember - we remember going there as kids and now we are taking our own kids there for their delicious, family friendly drinks and food menu! You'll find Agatha's on the corner in Port Noarlunga, opposite the pub - just a short walk to the Port Noarlunga Beach and Jetty and only a stone's throw from the Jubilee Playground just over the bridge. It's right on the doorstep of the Onkaparinga River mouth, so is perfect for breakfast, lunch or a coffee and treat while you are having a day trip down south. Enough about the location - onto the food! The menu is simply HUGE, with tons of options for both breakfast, lunch and drinks. There is also a delectable range of macarons, cakes, slices, biscuits and more to go with your coffee, or to takeaway for later. We are big fans of the kids menu. There are options for kids who like to keep it simple and also options for kids who are a bit more adventurous. On our most recent visit, our kids went for the waffles with…
