Royal Adelaide Show 2025 (Celebrating 100 Years)
The Royal Adelaide Show Returns in 2025 | 30 August – 7 September
One of Adelaide’s favourite events is back for nine fun-filled days at the Showgrounds!
This year’s Show is extra special as we celebrate 100 years at the Adelaide Showgrounds. To mark the occasion, don’t miss the Southern Lights Spectacular presented by Drakes Supermarkets, an Australian first! This 30-minute nightly show mixes drones, pyrotechnics, lasers, and special effects in a stunning, story-driven celebration of South Australian tales.
From cuddly farmyard animals and exciting agriculture competitions to rides for all ages, tasty food stalls, and of course, the famous showbags, there’s something for everyone.
The main stage entertainment is packed with family-friendly fun that everyone will love. And new this year, the Goyder Stage Kids Entertainment line-up brings even more smiles, with shows like: Bluey – New Live Interactive Experience, George the Farmer and the Peppa Pig Mini Show.
Whether you’re coming for the fun, the food, or to soak up a bit of South Aussie history, the Royal Adelaide Show is a must-do!

Showbags
If Showbags are your thing last year there were over 400 show bags on offer (more than ever before) with average prices between $12 and $30 – but options from just $5 that we also love (thank you Bertie Beetle). There really is something for every one.
More of a rides family? Every year, people of all ages flock to the Royal Adelaide Show for the rides and they’re half the fun!
