Haigh’s Chocolates Visitors Centre (located at 154 Greenhill Road, Parkside, SA) offers FREE daily chocolate tours between 9am and 2:30pm on Monday and Saturday and 9am to 4pm from Tuesday through Friday (not available on Sunday or public holidays).
It’s the perfect way to get up close with South Australia’s iconic Haigh’s Chocolates, and a great place to take visitors! You’ll be guided through the history of Haigh’s Chocolates and get to see what happens behind the scenes as you watch the Haigh’s Chocolates team of confectioners use their artisan skills to create and hand finish a range of delicious chocolates.
Enjoy special chocolate tastings during the tour and complementary tea and coffee at the end. The tour is suitable for all ages.

The Adelaide Aquatic Centre will be closed from 1 Aug 2024 to make way for a brand new Centre! Here's what we know so far... The new Adelaide Aquatic Centre will include: 50m, 10-lane indoor pool for swimming carnivals, water sports and recreational use 25m, 8-lane outdoor pool Dedicated indoor warm water rehabilitation pool Dedicated indoor learn to swim pool Lagoon outdoor pool Entry level diving amenities which can also be used to perform a range of diving styles including bombing Indoor leisure water with splash zones and waterslides Spa, sauna and steam room Outdoor splash pad with waterplay Outdoor aquatic zone with BBQs and lawned areas Café available for both centre visitors and other Park 2 users Gym and fitness facilities three times the size than first planned Inclusive amenities and changerooms Improved car parking with access from Jeffcott Street Improved pedestrian and cycle pathways connecting the centre with existing networks. Find it at: Jeffcot Road, North Adelaide This beautiful spot might well be Adelaide's best toddler playground. Let us know what you think! Set amongst the parklands adjacent the Adelaide Aquatic Centre, this fully fenced playground is shaded by the huge trees in the area and is just such a lovely serene place for a play. What I like about this playground Lots of parking available either on the street or in the Adelaide Aquatic Centre Carpark Range of park equipment suitable for both really young ones and older kids. It has a maze, a pommel see saw (we loved this), slides, monkey bars, rope bridge, sand play area, swings, tunnels Low monkey bars! Perfect for adventurous ones like mine to have a go on their own without help from Mum! (and without having to worry about a fall from up high Cafe near by (in the Aquatic Centre) as well as toilet facilities. Nice ones. The cafe is also open early from 6am until as late as 7pm Well maintained. It's not the newest park on the block but it was nice and clean and the equipment was well maintained. Fully fenced!
