Ugly Swan have nailed the game changer of all hair brushes and genuinely, I am happy to tell you that the Kids in Adelaide team LOVE these seemingly magical kids detangling hair brushes. Fun fact, we are yet to meet any one who has tried them, who doesn’t like them. It’s kind of one of those ‘if you know, YOU KNOW’ stories.
We came across Ugly Swan at the Royal Adelaide Show a few years back and it’s fair to say that we have been dedicated advocates ever since. Mornings in our houses quite genuinely have one less complex layer to them, and heaven forbid if we can not find an Ugly Swan.

Choosing a bike for your kids can be tough. With so many options and so many price points, plus throw in balance bikes and training wheels and sizing and it can all feel a tad overwhelming. The KiA family have kids of all ages and we were so lucky to try out some of the base bike range, an Adelaide based family business offering a range of bikes catering for bike riders aged 2 to 8 years old. base bikes 16 inch model The 16 inch base bike is primed for kids moving off a balance bike and into their pedal bike era. Our just turned 4 year old had become a bit of a whiz on his balance bike, so we decided to try moving him straight from a balance to a pedal bike with no training wheels.
