This is a nice quiet park set back from main roads with the main feature being the magnificent big Fig Tree perfect for adventurous kids to climb and play.
There are tables and seats available, BBQs and a large grassy area perfect for ball games and running around.
The park is also dog friendly in designated areas.
The playground is suitable for all ages and includes equipment such as climbing ropes, swings, slides, climbing wall, monkey bars etc. The park also has a 3 on 3 basketball area and some paths great for bike riding, scooter riding etc.
No toilets

The park is along the Linear Park Trail so you can bike/scooter there.

  • Find it at: Balham Ave, Kingswood If you like ducks then Balham Ave Reserve in Kingswood is the playground for you, sitting right next to the Urrbrae Wetland this is a small and fairly basic playground with a cool, apex rope/spider climbing frame and a dual swing set.   • Find it at: Beare Ave, Netley Nestled in the back streets of Netley Beare Ave Reserve is a lovely little local playground suitable for toddlers. Fully Fenced and Shaded this play space is great for development along with still having the fun stuff the little ones love. Lots of bright coloured pieces of equipment stand out as you first arrive which is a lovely sight for the little ones. The playground has a swing set including baby swing, spinning top in the ground for some fun, along with some bouncy animals. The main piece of equipment includes lots of climbing for the little ones to explore. Using such skills such climb up, over and under, through and around to encourage different motor skills and learning. Amongst the climbing frame you will find 2 red slippery dips which the kids always love and have to use the above skills to reach. The playground is fully fenced, and shaded, but has NO toilets. A lovely grassed area surrounds the play equipment so allows the little ones a run.   • Find it at: Baroda Avenue, Netley Love a peaceful playground? easy parking? a convenient pit stop? Baroda Avenue Reserve Playground in Netley is a little hidden gem in the west. Ideal for an easy boredom buster for younger kids, a convenient playground for multiple little humans and without having to find a park or walk too far at all. The play area is on a quiet suburban street and is unfenced. A shade cloth covers the main play area and is most suitable for younger kids under five and those beginning to navigate the playground equipment by themselves. The equipment has: swings, spring rider, slides, climbing and balancing equipment, spinning table and a HUGE flying fox if you do bring a dare devil along! A huge grass area also promotes a quiet picnic spot (and you may even be lucky enough to spot a plane take off or landing) as well as a great space to kick the footy around.
