Looking for a fun, easy, and family-friendly Fringe experience this year? Woodville Town Hall, just 15 minutes from the city, is one of Adelaide’s fastest growing Fringe Hubs and the perfect place to bring the kids. With over 25 shows and more than 60 performances across music, theatre, comedy, and culture, there’s something to delight every member of the family.

Getting there couldn’t be simpler – the venue offers plenty of free parking and is well served by trains and buses, so you don’t have to worry about the hassle of city crowds. Inside, you’ll find a welcoming, inclusive space where local stories and diverse voices come to life on stage. The 2026 program celebrates women performers, LGBTIQ+ artists, youth talent, and culturally diverse backgrounds, with several shows offering Auslan interpretation too.

  • Mr Snotbottom: P.Gee! – a brand-new fun & frantic physical character comedy for silly souls aged 8yo+. From veteran family comedian Mr Snotbottom/Mark Trenwith comes an accessible and irreverent show that grandparents and teenagers can enjoy in equal measures. Sunday 8 March 1pm and Monday 9 March 5pm shows will have Auslan interpreting.
  • Tune In! The Frequency Within from the creators of Amazônia – an interactive, high-energy dance/theatre show designed to teach self-regulation through art. Bring your children or get their school to book their whole class! Wed 4 March only. Auslan interpreted.
  • FoRT by Asking for Trouble – a fringe favourite where sheets, broomsticks, chairs and couches transform into fantastical places to play and explore using ridiculous clowning, spectacular acrobatics and beautiful visual imagery.
  • Saksham Magical Madness – Saksham is a fast-rising star of modern magic with over 6 million YouTube subscribers. Blending cutting-edge tech with jaw-dropping illusions, his high-energy show features mind-bending levitations and stunning transformations.
