A $14 million multi-use community building is being developed in Golden Grove at Harpers Field recreation area and adjoining Council-owned land.
The project is partly funded by a $6 million grant from the State Government’s Local Government Infrastructure Program.
The playground includes a climbing tower, slides, swings and sand play.
A contemporary community gathering space, lighting, car parks and landscaping will be delivered as part of the project.
The facility will include new clubrooms for Golden Grove Football Club and Golden Grove Cricket Club.
