A first-of-its-kind entertainment and dining precinct is now open in Rundle Place!

Australasia’s largest fun company provider, Funlab, has leased more than 2,200sqm on Level 1 of Rundle Place and has brought three of its global brands to South Australia for the first time to create ‘Entertainment Place’

Strike Bowling – not your average tenpin bowling alley. From bowling to laser tag and karaoke to escape rooms, they’ve got the fun covered for everyone. Throw in a fully-equipped cocktail bar, gourmet kitchen offerings and parade of party packages into the equation and it’s your one-stop shop for the ultimate entertainment experience.

Hijinx Hotel – an immersive interactive game experience. With 15 quick play challenge rooms, this where you come to play, not stay.

Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq – It’s dazzling, it’s delightful, it’s a spectacle for (all) the ages! Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq is a real prize for your eyes – a kaleidoscopic circus of cocktails, arcade and ticket games that give old fun a new life!

Alongside Funlab’s entertainment offerings will be a 1,500sqm dining precinct. Set to become the culinary heart of the retail strip, Rundle Place’s Level 1 will be a destination for food and beverage with up to seven restaurants and bars showing best in class South Australian and national tenants. Food and beverage operators will include DOUGHBALLS THE PIZZA PLACE!

“You can come to Rundle Place, park in our adjacent carpark, have lunch in the lower ground food court, shop at more than 20 premium retail brands on ground floor, and then go upstairs for a night of fun and fine food at Entertainment Place and the new dining precinct.” – Sam Sproats, Executive Director of Funds Management at Fortius.
