Family Friendly Restaurants, Cafes and Places to Eat in Adelaide

We’re really lucky here in Adelaide that there are so many great cafes, restaurants and pubs that are great for the whole family. There is nothing better than finding a restaurant that just ‘get’ kids, and who go over and above to welcome them and cater for them.
To make it to our website they will have at least a couple of the below qualities or have something special about them that we know your family will love.

  • A family and kid friendly environment
  • Food our kids will eat (well you know – sometimes kids and eating just does.not.happen)
  • A crafty kids menu thats more than just frozen nuggets thrown on a plate with a handful of hot chips
  • Kid and family friendly staff
  • Kids activities or a play area

It’s not just about chicken nuggets and a few crayons. There’s WAY more to a kid friendly eat that that, and there are some epic Adelaide cafes, pubs, restaurants and dining options that go above and beyond to be family friendly. They are usually the same places that shoot you an understanding look when the squids spill their second or third drink too, right?

If you’re keen to find out the best family friendly place to eat in Adelaide – we’ve done the groundwork for you!

Family friendly cafes, pubs, clubs and restaurant dining options are aplenty in our forward thinking city, with playgrounds and activities on board to entertain your younger peeps. To top it off we have amazing play centres which are a match made in heaven for mums and dads, with great coffee available while the kids play. Read on to find your next family friendly venue to visit!

If we’ve missed a great one you know about please let us know in the comments below, we’d love to check it out.
